Killing In Name Of So Called Honour

'I killed my daughter ' claimed mother on camera. She doesnot regret killing her own daughter. Her entire family was involved in the cold blooded murder and entire village supported the murder.

The reason this young girl was killed was her marriage. She got married to a person of same village. As per prampara of that village , one cannot marry with village fellow . All are brothers and sisters concept!!!!!!!!.

They call it honour killing. Now if you are civilized human being , you would wonder that what kind of honour is one saving by killing one's own offsprings?..

It not one of case hundreds of couple , girls are killed in name of honour killing and thousands would have had to sacrifice their freedom , self respect for this so called honour.

We have come a long way since independence , we have reached moon , we have become I.T. super power , we are second fastest growing economy in the world but at same time such idiotic , inhuman things happen in our dear country.

Education is the key to solve such issues but we do have a very very long and tough path to travel. The ills in the society which are thousands of years old cannot die so easily.
